Charles Burden

Pasley's Mortuary announces the passing of Charles Burden, 90, of Wadmalaw Island, SC who answered the Summons of our heavenly father to retire from the labors here on earth to his rewards in heaven on Thursday, June 23, 2022.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Charles Burden will celebrate his life on Saturday, July 2, 2022, 11:00 AM in New Jerusalem AME Church, 6179 Bearsbluff Rd, Wadmalaw Island, SC. Rev. Toney J. Slater, Pastor and Rev. Dr. Lawrence E. Gordon, Eulogist. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Walkthrough visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday from 4-7pm. Due to Covid-19 mask is required at the church and temperatures will be checked upon entry.

Mr. Burden leaves to cherish his memories his children, Sheryl Burden, James White (Shirley), Elouise White, Richard White, Evelyn Thompson and Sylvia Mckelvey; siblings, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and host of relatives and friends.
