Pasley's Mortuary announces the passing of Katherine Simmons, 74, of Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina answered the Summons of our heavenly father to retire from the labors here on earth to her rewards in heaven on Saturday on, June 29, 2024. 

The relatives and friends of Ms. Katherine Simmons will celebrate her life on Friday, July 5, 2024, 11:00 AM in New St. James Bethel AME Church, 5305 Maybank Hwy., Wadmalaw Island, SC. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church Thursday from 5:30 PM-7 PM.
