The relatives and friends of Mrs. Judy Washington will celebrate her life on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Payne Memorial Gardens, James Island. Rev. Josephine P. Richardson, Eulogist. Visitation will be held Friday at the mortuary from 3:00-7:00 PM. Mask is required at service and visitation.
