December 3, 1934 — April 21, 2018
The relatives and friends of Mrs. Carolyn Lawton are invited to attend her Funeral Services on Monday, April 30 2018, 11:00 AM in Nichols Chapel AME Church, 57 Kennedy Street Charleston, SC. Rev. Randolph Miller, Pastor. Interment will follow in Monrovia Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the mortuary Sunday from 4-7pm. Mrs. Lawton will lie in state at 10am Monday until the hour of service.
Mrs. Lawton to cherish her memories, her children, Ernest Bennett, James Lawton Jr. (Sandra), Ms. Lavonnia Bennett, Ms. Wanda Renee Lawton, Ms. Sharon Lawton Glover, Ms. Michelle Lawton and Cheryl Rivers; sister of, Bernice Wright (Sadie) and Mr. Wallace Scott; grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
